Mindfulness | Mindful Living Show

Mindfulness as a form of relaxation and a way of living has an increasing following. In a world where we spend an increasing amount of time in front of screens or  rushing around, taking a moment to yourself and concentrating on the world around you is important. This year you can find out more at the MindfuL Living Show London.

The show will have a shopping area in the Zen Market Garden, a wonderful selection of speakers, Mindful Minis (perfect for parents, guardians and little ones) and more. 

Speakers at the show include Master Oh (Power of Qi), Russell Grant, Dana Zelicha, Ami Chichida (The Life Fruit) and many more. The show covers Mindfulness at work, in the home and with children. 

If you are like us, and need help to get more sleep, you can visit the Sleep Show. The show is in the same space but, with talks on sleep and how to get more rest, this part of the show has talks concentrating on night time routines.

Mindfulness and rest are both important, even though they are ‘buzz-words’, this doesn’t make them less serious. Take time enjoying the things you love and concentrating on you and your health.
